Donating YT 1000 Club Member | ![]() Hmm, I use a crochet hook when my fingers hurt too much (arthitis!). Here's an older thread that may be helpful: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/gen...e-topknot.html

| ![]() Thanks so much!! I've been trying to search for the video I saw. I'll post it if I find it. But both the link & hemostat video are really helpful! I guess I just need more practice. I'm lucky that Prima is so patient with me ![]()

| ![]() Thank you soooooo much for posting this video....using hemostats to put a bow in is going to make my life sooooooooooo much easier!!! Gout and occasional arthritis and just plain fat fingers, makes it impossible for me to get bows in my girls hair....this is a God send!!!! |

Donating YT 4000 Club Member | ![]() I tried this technique the other day. It takes a bit of practice. I do understand why the owners call this the dead butterfly; it's TOUGH to get it back out. Even with my teeny scissors it was difficult to unwrap. On the plus side, it did stay in well and didn't twist around.
