| I don't know if wipes are safe around the eyes. I only uses wipes on feet & bum. I use cotton balls dipped in warm water to clean around the eyes.

| I personally would not use baby wipes around their eyes... even the simple ingredients like aloe can be an irritant to eyes. Maybe search the forum threads... there are several mentioning eye stain and what other members use.

| I tried to search for 'baby wipes' but it didn't seem to want to search. I don't mind the tear stains so much, just the general food gunk that gets around there. |

YT 1000 Club Member | I have been using baby wipes to clean eyes but I use unscented and Romeo loves the "cool" feeling. I also drop some puppy cologne in the box of wipes to give him that fresh, clean smell. You can also use a wash cloth and warm water -- just as effective

| Thanks, I got some that said something like 'pure' and 'just like using cotton wool and water' so may give them a go. he doesn't like his face being touched too much, so will just do tiny bits (where there are globs stuck in fur - ick) |

| Thanks, will give it a go. However it isn't the actual tear stain I want to clean, it is more just the blobs of gunk on the hair above and around the eye. It may be food? Or sleep? I ended up using the baby wipe just to dry and make the gunk moist and then pulled slowly out with my nail. |

| I just moisten cotton pads to remove gunk. Just do it every day and it's not an issue. I also give my boy Nursery Water instead of tap water and it lessens the eye junk. Good luck.
