Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | Grooming price depends on many things. It varies greatly by the area you live in. The overhead cost of the groomer affects the price the groomer charges as well as breed, size, temperament, coat condition, coat length, type of haircut, and time it takes to complete the groom. In my area for a Yorkie full groom (bath, blow out, nails, pads, ears, sanitary, brush out, haircut) it can cost anywhere from $45 to $65 for a well behaved breed standard size yorkie in good condition.

YT 1000 Club Member | I live in expensive Westchester County and I have Romeo groomed every 3-4 weeks (bath w/special shampoo & conditioner, trim, teeth brushing, pawdicure) and I pay $80 which includes a tip. For me this is a bargain and Romeo's stylist takes extra care with him.

| Jackson's mobile groomer is $55 and I give a $10 tip, so $65 every 10 weeks or so.

| ZoE's groomer is pretty inexpensive...but she's kinda strange in that she only likes to get paid with wine & chocolate

| It used to cost me $44 when I took Hot Rod. When we got a second dog, I decided to try grooming myself to save money. I figured worst case, the cost of the clippers was the cost of getting both of them groomed. I've been grooming my 2 ever since. Where I used to take Hot Rod, they have a service where they do nail trims and anal glands for $2.00 each. So I guess it costs me $4.00 per dog each month, total of $13.00-$8.00 plus $5.00 tip.

| When it was just Callie and we wouldn't let them cage her it cost up to 90 bucks just for her. Now that my mom has Sammy and that him and Callie get a long so good we found a great groomer who doesn't keep them over 3 hours and cages them together and also is at my vet so if Callie has a hypoglycemic episode the vet is right there. Anyway we pay $90.00 for both. They do the puppy cut, trim nails, file nails, bathe them, and anal glads.

| I pay around $32-$35 dollars for full service, plus tip. Since I take my two at the same time, I pay $80 after tip for both.

| I only have Ian's groomer trim his nails, and that is $15, I do everything else myself. I wish I could do his nails, but I'm afraid I might hurt him.

Katie Scarlett's Mommy Donating Member | We pay $35 for Katie Scarlett's groomings. She gets a bath, nail trim, cut, blow dry, style, and a bow. And I get paid in puppy kisses for her weekly bath. I do those myself. We get her professionally groomed about every 6 weeks.
