| Thinking about Phoebe's first trip to groomers Hi all! Phoebe is about 19 weeks now (sometimes I lose track) and is set to be spayed on August 24. I was thinking about having her groomed before she has her surgery. It seems like she gets a bath once every 7-10 days. She'll get little bits of poo stuck in the hair near her bum sometimes, and I just want her healing time to be stress free as far as her grooming needs are concerned. She doesn't mind her baths, but I have to brush her in segments. Do you think it's okay for me to take her to the groomers? Or should I just have them trim the hair by her bum? We pretty much plan on keeping her in a puppy cut anyway until she's a little older and tolerates brushing better. |
