Do you have the kiss e cone? Or any cone to keep her from licking herself. You don't want her to irritate it further.
Yes, I have the e-cone from her spay...she's going to hate me even more! lol. I'm going to have to go buy her something really special, maybe a live squirrel will soften her mood. JK. lol.

When Princess was a pup she treed a squirrel. Then for about a week she kept asking to go out. I never knew if it was to potty so I had to take her. Nine times out of ten she just went to that exact tree to see if it was still there.:rolleyes: It was pretty funny since she was barely bigger than it.;)

I'm sorry she got a bad haircut. Max had a grooming appointment yesterday and came back with the front of his top knot cut off :( She cut between his eyes but cut way to high. I guess I'll have to regrow that out! It's very frustrating especially when we work so hard on keeping them looking beautiful. But as someone said to me, it will grow back.

OMG!! I just saw this update!! I would be beyond livid!!:mad: I would go back to that groomer Monday and give her a big piece of my mind and demand my money back. The least they should have done was inform you that they injured Princess. What if you hadn't noticed and she got an infection? I hope she heals soon. Bless her heart

Thanks.:) It will grow back & hers does pretty fast. I'm done with groomers though. I'll take her to a walk-in for nails & that's it. I'd rather mess up myself until I get it right. I picked her up 7 hours ago & she still will not come to me.:( I gave her cottage cheese with parmesan & a few bacon bits as a special treat & she wont eat it. She's so mad at me.

She'll be back to loving on you tomorrow. She probably just feels funny now that her face is lighter. She'll be cuddling with you soon. :)

Wow, they have tempers don't they. When Rosie is mad at me she will pee on my rug in the bedroom. I always know she is ticked off at me then. :p Keep trying mom. She will give in!!

I don't know what the best choice would be, perhaps triple antibiotic, but I'd check with the vet. This is just horrible, you know we do have a groomer review section, if you care to name names!

I think your theory is correct! It definitely explains my bad exps w groomers and why I now groom myself!

I would def call to complain, ask for $ back and why I was not notified of a cut to that region!! I would also NEVER go back there again! That poor pup!

The cut is not a good one, but fortunately she is so cute even that cut could not dull her beauty!!:)

I'm getting back into Princess's good graces, I took her to Grandma's which = Disney World! lol. It is funny how they get mad & how they know how to teach you a lesson.:p

I will def do a review, I'm going to wait until I call on Monday. That wont change the negative feedback but if they add to it or anything I want that added.

I'm going to print off the pic I took & posted yesterday & take that to compare. I don't see how she can argue the total hack job on her face, a really close spot on the back of the neck, sides of her face are uneven by at least a half inch, ears not done, plus the cut. She claims 25 years exp. I'd have hated to be her customer in her rookie years!:eek:

Also wanted to add I hope you guys don't think I've been too whiney today, I don't mean to be. I've just been beside myself. My fam/friends don't get it, I think they just don't know a Yorkie's potential like we do.

I'm just seeing your update that you discovered Princess was cut!! Poor baby. Giver her extra huggins. Glad to hear that she was happy to go to "Disney World" and to have a few treats. :) Hope she heals quickly.
