That was one of the first products I read about at YT, and when Joey was a puppy, he would mat up under his arms, especially after wearing clothes. I bought the huge bottle and 4 years later, I still have 90%, but it was so great when he was a puppy. I would use it before the bath and make sure all mats were out before I got his hair wet. He had a sticker once, and it removed it with ease. For puppies with cotton coats, I've heard it's a life saver, but I'm so happy to have it on hand, those mats can cause so much pain, and this stuff seems to dissolve the mat without harming the hair.
