Yes, much quicker than air drying. I used to use my blow dryer but found one at Petsmart on a little stand...it's great to have my hands free to comb/brush and hold the dogs.

LOL....I think the PEK may be a heat activated product, because the results are so much better with the blow drying.

Yep...it made sense when I thought about it though...and I've blow dried all the dogs after every bath since Cher told me that.

Also, I know many yorkies tend to have wavy hair near their tails, blow drying helps keep that hair nice and straight.

The results are in!!! It is the most FABULOUS product I have ever used. I love it!! Their hair is just like liquid silk. WOW. Just beautiful. Villette thank you for starting this thread and Jen thank you for all your help in letting us all know what a fabulous product it is and all the tips. I will try and post pictures tomorrow.

ALso, hair has a cuticle (think layered fish scales) when magnified. Blow drying smooths the hair cuticle, making a smooth surface, that reflects light. Therefore it shines.

Ever notice how shiny your hair is when your stylist blows it dry?

Bonnie has a cottony coat. I would love to get some of this conditioner. She has a summer "Joey" cut now, but it would be great when I start growing her hair out again.

LOL....liquid silk - that's the phrase I use to describe Reno's long coat, the way it slips through my fingers after his bath and drying. I'm thrilled you love the product, and you're certainly welcome.

You'll have to try at least the PEK....it makes growing out coat and maintaining it so much easier - using these products is the only way I can keep Reno in long coat, he's outside and playing like a boy all of the time, w/o the PEK he would be a tangled up ball of fur

I am convinced. I will never allow Murphy to air dry again. It's been so hot here the last couple of months that I wasn't blow drying him and his coat was getting to be a mess, even with the PEK. This weekend after his bath I made sure to blow dry him and he is TANGLE FREE and soooo soft and silky. Wow, I never thought blow drying could make this kind of difference. But, I have to give credit to the PEK, too. Before I started using PEK, it didn't matter if I blow dried him or not, he'd start matting and tangling right away and now he stays smooth and silky for days.

I agree, I had always let my two air dry. Since blow drying the last 4 baths, it has made a world of difference. Bogie's coat looks 100% better. The ISB products are def. working wonders and drying him just made it that much better.

Sure thing !! Thanks to Jen I was able to brag - not many products have turned me on over the years - I bathed Chanel last night again and her top hair is just a pretty waterfall today - back with my other stuff - it would look dry or never 'fall' like it does now

I have several new products thanks to some friends here and this is the first time in years I haven't used the CC products

Tammy, when we meet I'll bring you some of the PEK and shampoo - I do think you'll be Wowed by the results you will see using the PEK.

I wanted to post a picture when I did a review but it's been a long time since I've had to resize them so... I didn't get that done but I did put a couple of Max in my album the other day - just to show his coat.

Here's what I bought and what I think about each:

Purifying Shampoo /Purifying Balm -- comes in an extemely large bottle/jar and considering you only use it once every 6 wks... I'd say buy one and split it with someone

Apple Shampoo/Conditioner -- very nice but comes in small bottles

Pek -- LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS!!! If you don't get anything else this should be the one thing that you get (as Jen said)

SIL -- nice

When I reorder I'll be getting 2 PEKS and I think I'll try the Essentuals for flyways. I have a microfiber couch that Max loves to rub I also think I'll try some other shampoo/condition.

BTW - Mia has a cotton coat and Max has what I'd call a modified. BUT since I've been using this Pek Max's coat has been a dream! The only time I have a problem with it now is when it's dirty. I keep Mia's short so I just wanted her to have healthy skin and more shine - we're well on our way.
