I would definitely get the Purifying shampoo, the PEK and then another shampoo (the maracuja is good for long coats) for weekly use. Linda told me to use the Purifying shampoo only every 5-6 weeks. Also you might want to try the sil Plus.

Thanks! I did talk to linda and she told me to get the green apple shampoo and conditioner, the pek and h270 but I just thought maybe I'd get something else. Thinking about the sil plus. How is it different than the h270 and has anyone tried both? Which is better?

The sil plus and H270 are used for different things, so it's hard to say if one is better than the other. I've used only the H270 but Bonny will have tried both soon, if you want to wait for her review before you commit to an order. Or, Jadabug has both products and could give you a better idea of what each product does.

I first used the PEK on his dry coat and I kept it in for about 5 min, after rinsing it out I used the green apple shampoo and conditioner on him and WOW what a difference. I also spray the H270 equalizer on him every time I brush him. His hair still needs to grow a little more but these are great products. Next I'm going to try on Jake and Maya, they both have a curly coat. I'll keep you updated.

I have the green apple shampoo/conditioner the pek, H270,sil plus and ph balance. I haven't used the H270 for brushing dry coats, but I am going to try it.For the sil plus, I mix just a few drops of the sil plus in with the conditioner at bath time and then on the wet coat I use the H270 for brushing out the wet hair. I don't use a dryer on my kiddo's I just brush them out as they are drying. I use just a tiny little drop of the sil plus(rub it onto my palms then work it through her hair after she is dry) because Jada's rump a tends to be really curly and fuzzy. She shines like a new penny after baths now. I also took Jen's suggestion and mix the pek in with the green apple conditioner. I also haven't tried the pek on the dry coat before baths, I will do that at next bath day. Boy this stuff works great, but baths take about twice as long as they used to, but totally worth it for no mats during the week.

Ok....help.....maybe it's me, but awhile back I ordered the ISB White Musk shampoo & conditioner, H270 and got a sample of PEK (green jelly stuff, right?), not labeled...so I think that is what it is.

Anyway, I shampooed/conditioned, mixed PEK with some water and I'm not seeing great results.

Zhoie is cottony/dull coated....and I still am not getting any shine.

What other products and how to use, do you suggest that I order from them. I really want to use them if I can get it to work on her.

Also, for the site for Linda to order, I have to send her an email to register first....right? Help

I've not used the white musk but have a sample now and will soon - I'll let you know if it works for me or not. Also, I don't mix the PEK with water but use it full strength and leave it in for at least 5 minutes. I comb it through Reno's long coat and it takes usually 5-10 minutes, so it is deep conditioning as I'm combing.

Yep...PEK is the green gooie stuff Try letting the PEK stay on the hair for at least a few minutes, I do believe that makes a difference in the results. If I rinse it out too quickly Reno's coat doesn't seem quite as silky.

Have you tried it yet? I haven't ever used the green PEK. I have the Maracuja PEK that's yellow. I think on their website this was the one to get for long coats, but I may be wrong on that. Anyway it works wonders on mine. Last weekend I put it on Murphy after shampooing and left it on for several minutes while I combed him out. He was so soft and shiny!! I took pictures but the lighting was bad and you can't see how great he looked. I love this stuff!!

Jen, did you get any sil plus with the last order? If not, take some of mine to try. I'd like to get your opinion on it anyway.

I think it makes a world of difference now that I'm using it correctly.
She is now trimmed short on the saddle, but it does look to be shining and her long head and leg fur is gorgeous!!
Ok, I'm hooked....want to order other products now too.

Sil Plus
Helps to retain moisture. "Liquid glove" protection for groomers' hands and arms.

Sil Plus is a pH balancer and skin protector. Add it to the shampoo to protect the dog’s skin. Apply it to your hands and forearms to create an instant, long lasting shield against irritants. Great to protect bathers’ arms (and for doing dishes!). Fresh scent even men enjoy. It is also exceptionally helpful for dry dogs’ pads, elbows, and tips of ears by helping the skin to retain its own moisture. One squirt will suffice.

TIP: For a universal (and economical) finishing spray which nourishes, protects and imparts a nice shine, add the following to a spray bottle filled with warm water: 6-10 drops of mink oil, 2-3 squirts of Sil plus and a tiny capful of gloss.

Bonny, do you really like the sil plus? and the h270? how do you use them both and do you like them both equally or could you do without one or the other?
And which pek did you send me? I was going to get the regular one but now I'm not sure....
