Yes, if you have pictures, please email me! I am trying to get the page looking better (better photos, etc, but I have to take them myself, and I haven't had the time to do it yet). I can figure out ow to do a watermark, too if you want.

| My dogs just got their haircut. They look so cute. They got the lamb haircut. Thank you WalnutHill for creating the webpage that displayed Yorkie haircuts. I appreciate Jeanm1963 for taking her time to take a beautiful picture of Laci in her Schnauzer haircut. Laci's picture helped my dogs get a beautiful haircut. I think the lamb haircut is a good haircut for Yorkies with a cotton coat. Last edited by JoshieBoy; 01-23-2010 at 05:11 PM. |

| YT Addict | I have a question about the westie cut. I've been trying to do this with Derby, but I am having a hard time with the face. I do it myself because we can't afford the groomers, so you can imagine how this is going... trial and error! lol! Derby's hair is cottony/wiry and grows into a matted mess. He constantly gets burrs in it and stuff, so we keep it short. Here's my issue: What do you do with the underchin? it looks a bit longer, but I never get to see what's under the chin on the yorkie's that have it. How do you cut this? I just shaved Derby's basically because I couldn't seem to get the side profile to look right if I didn't cut under the chin. however! from the front it looks a bit silly. Also, I let Derby's side grow on his face, and it seems that they are trimmed in this. any thoughts? Here are some pics of Derby.

| Thank you for doing this. I had been searching for pictures of different haircuts but I should have looked here first. I have 3 yorkies and my husband wants me to cut them for the hot weather. They have beautiful long hair and I hate to do this. I may go with the puppy cut. I don't want anything very short.

| YT Addict | Other posters on here look at Derby and say he probably has a silky coat! my husband says he was trying to tell me that all along.. anyway, is this why I am having problems with the face? It's not puffy at all, it's just thin and sits flat.

| Thor's Human Donating Member | Great site! Thanks for putting it together! Maybe if you have time, you can add shots of specific body parts - like a picture of a "round paw", hairs cut short around the eyes, a good way to cut the hair around the anus while avoiding the "baboon butt" look, etc.

I was thinking of trying the sampler pack, but if many of you like it, I think I'll get the larger multi pack then I won't have to purchase so often. | |
