YT 1000 Club Member | I try to wait at least 8-10 days in the summer. Sometimes it's required more depending on the day outside. In the winter less...probably about every 2 weeks. I just brush alot and spray some doggie perfume on the brush. It freshens her up. She really doesn't have a typical dog odor even when she needs a bath. She just looks scruffy more than stinky. Untill the frito odor sets in lol....I'm sure some of you saw that thread and relate to it. That's when you really know it's time for a bath!!

| I bath my two girls ages 8 and 11 years old about every week (spring/summer/fall) to two weeks ( late fall/ winter). Groomer visits every 6 to 8 weeks. Just make SURE to use a very good shampoo (organic) and conditioner made for a dog's ph level. Last edited by DAB; 04-10-2015 at 06:49 PM. Reason: add more info. |
