| Where to get a SMALL face brush Does anyone have a clue? Matty's face is so tiny that I have been using a toothbrush to brush her face around her eyes and beside her nose. It works pretty well, but it's kind of soft.

| I have the same problem except George chews on brush, he thinks it his tooth brush and it isn't strong enough to get eye gunk off either, my problem is getting him to hold his little face still, brushing his body is fine now but his face is a different matter, do you actually hold your babies head still while brushing their face

| I found the plastic ones to be better IMO.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I found a small plastic (pins) one in the baby department. I also like using a flea comb for the mustache area, the teeth are very close together and it's small. You should use a wider tooth comb for the first brushing and finish off with the flea comb.

| Go to the shoe section of Wal Mart, CVS or anyplace that sells shoe polish and buy a small Boars bristle brush, they have small ones that you would use to polish your shoes with, i also bought a bigger on in the hair department and it really brings out the shine in their coats.

I can't remember where I found the little wooden brush I use first, I think it was Sally's Beauty Supply, then I use the little flea comb.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Here's a picture of the baby brush and flea comb, it might even be a doll brush, I got it at the dollar store, but I love it.

| Went to chemist $9.00 for a little mascara comb, no too dear- been to $2.00 shop and got a little shoe brush with firm bristles seems to work OK once I get his head still, he just wants to bite it, might look out fot a cheap flea comb for the eye gunk bits, I think these fur babies get so spoiled, with all the different combs, shampoos, conditioners not to mention clothing

| I just posted this in another thread, at Babies R Us, I found a pack with 2 combs and a brush for $2.49. The handles are clear so they won't freak the dog out when you are so close (Hot Rod always turns away). They are also rubber and rounded so you won't hurt them. Not sure if I will use the brush but it was in the package. I'd tried the eyelash comb and a mustache comb but they were either too small or the teeth were too close. These have been perfect for me and cheap enough too!

YT 2000 Club Member | Li'l Pals Grooming Kit for Little Dogs - GW Little I have these for Jeter. I love how small they are and Jetr doesn't get scared to get groomed. it's the perfect size for his little self! I also use the small comb on my Axl and Yumi Yasha's face and they are not scared when you are so close to their eye area. It really is handy for eye boogies!
