| Long Hair or short? Which do you like better for your yorkie? Long hair or the short hair? |

| For my Yorkie I prefer the long hair. But I have seen some real cuties with short.

| Long for me too, but also think yorkies are cute in short cuts as well. |

| I like it inbetween. About 3" all over the body with the face and head longer. It all depends on how much time you have for the grooming. I'm fortunate that Lola hardly ever get mats. She used to have a puppy cut which is adorable as well. |

| Short for boy, long for girl. It is easier to dress them if they have short hair though. |

| I honestly love both looks. For the longest time I was all about the long hair. However, when you have three yorkies to groom it can become a bit much. My Trixie absolutely hates being groomed so she'll probably always have a puppy cut. My other girl Paisley has a puppy cut right now but I do plan to let her grow long. She doesn't mind being groomed and she isn't big on clothes so it works best for her. My other girl Pia I love long and short. Right now she is shorter but I will probably let it grow long again in the future. I guess I really didn't answer your question, lol. I say go with whatever works best for you and your baby.

| I prefer to have my yorkies with long hair. I think they are so pretty with their shinylong hair.....and longer hair on the head to put topknots on.

| I like the long hair but my husband says he smell when his hair is longer, he has the weirdest sense of smell. I think he is fine but like I said my husband is weird. lol I usually keep his hair short all over except his head and legs. He is going to get a cut today. I just have no time for long hair with two little ones, work, and school at night. One of these days he might get long hair, but I don't want him to look too girly; he is my little man. lol |

| I'm giving my 4 their summer cuts this week. They will get another cut in July/August. Then it''s just feet & face trimming until next March. I usually take off about 4-5" of hair in the spring. They spend alot of time at the Lk Michigan Beach with me swimming and running in the sand.
