| I always blow dry...if I don't, they still smell funky & their hair gets wavy. I use my blow dryer on cool setting on high. Momo likes it, but Mimi hates it, as long as I don't blow air on her face, she'll tolerate it. I put them on my lap & hold dryer w/ one hand & hold them w/ the other.

| Donating YT 500 Club Member | I bathe and blow dry both of my yorkies every 4-5 days and have now for about 3 years. Wet hair attracts dirt and oil more so than dry hair.

| I blowdry all of them. Some don't like it others don't mind. But none of them get freeked out or upset. I mde my won grooming arm and clamp it to my countertop. That holds them and gives me two freehands. |

| I was blow drying Jesse, but she now turns into the Tasmanian Devil. The last few baths I've just towel dried her. (Joe, the boxer loves the blow dryer!) |

| I blow dry them if it is chilly. They don't mind the body but don't like the face area. I have an attachment that narrows the opening of the dryer so it helps some to be able to point in a specific direction.

| I blowdry Bailey. I've had Yorkies before that have hated it, so when I first got Bailey I made sure that when I was drying my hair I made it a game with him. I would try to make the blowdryer as fun as possible. I would put it on him a little and then throw his baby etc. Now after his bath he's used to the blowdryer. Hope this helps...

| I blow dry both of mine, and they are used to it now. In hot weather, I towel dry them and let them air dry.

| I blow dry Couver... I sit on the floor with him and he hides his head in my arms, and I mostly just get his belly and back so he doesn't freeze afterwards ![]() He doesn't really like it, but I think he's getting used to it!

I do the exact same thing with Prince. He also hates the noise from the blow dryer and is also not a fan of his robe.

| Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | I blowdry Beatrice almost everytime, however I have left her dry naturally when it's warmer. I use the blowdryer on the lowest setting, warm not hot and low air flow. She doesn't mind it ,expect on her head which she tolerates, but doesn't really enjoy. |

| I always blow dry Harley and brush at the same time. One thing that helps is to put cotton balls in their ears when you dry them.
