| ![]() The pins don't scratch at all, but neither do the CC pins. I love the "give" to this brush, the way it glides through Lady's coat. I never thought I'd find a brush I'd like better than my Gold Series brush, but I did. Although I bought CC brushes twice and paid all the money, I never would again. I loved the Gold brush, but the gold plating comes off the pins. I didn't like the Fusion brush at all. Even if they were both the same price, I'd pick my Madan hands down! |

Yorkie Lover Donating Member | ![]() Just my opinion, but I do not use the mason pearson for daily use as I do not feel it does as good a job of completely brushing the hair and does not work good on matts/knots. That is why I just a pin brush for daily use. To me the mason pearson is better for "finishing" work. I am sure you will find others that do use a mason pearson for daily use. I guess it comes down to personal choice.

| ![]() I have a Chris Christensen pin brush, a Mason Pearson mixed bristle brush, and a stainless steel comb that I use for brushing/combing my two. The Mason Pearson brush is pricy but leaves them so shiny.
