| When did you get your puupy's first hair cut? Roxy is 5 months old right now, and her hair doesn't seem to be that long yet. I actually really like the length as it's nice and fluffy. She's quite greay on top of her head now, and starting to show through on her back. I know once I get her first hair cut she will never look the same again, so I want to put it off as long as possible. When do you take your pup for their first cut? Do you have any advice for when I finally do take her? |

| Well, Hot Rod was 6 mos old. His hair on his head was turning white and had black tips. It was really cute. He was so fluffy and puppish. I don't know what I expected but I was so shocked when I picked him up. No more black tips! He was so grown up looking. So I know what you mean. Maggie is at that stage now, she is 5 1/2 mos. I am holding off on getting her head trimmed and most of her body hair. I'm trying to hold onto that puppy fluff for as long as possible. Now my little Hot Rod looks so yorkyish. He's gold/tan and black. He's got his mustasche and beard going and his coat is growing in. He's very silky. I love both looks but it's so hard to watch them grow up.
