| Yorkie Grooming Question I am new to this forum. We adopted a rescue Yorkie named Mojo. He's a sweet 3 year old and very active. His coat was cut very short because of matted and tangled hair and his beard was left a bit longer. Want to know what tools do I use to trim his beard and around his eyes? He tolerates his eyes being cleaned and being brushed. |

| Hi! Welcome! Congrats on your new family member. Please post pictures when you can. Love the name, Mojo was one of the names we considered for Yogi. I use the scissors that came with the clippers when I need to trim up the beards. The are narrow at the point, but sort of rounded, not real pointy-sharp. I don't cut around the eyes, but you could use scissors there too. Just be very careful so as to not poke them in the eye. If he is squirmy at all, I'd suggest leaving the eyes alone for right now until you can get him to stand still.

| Thanks! Teresa, Thanks! I'll pick up the scissors today. Mojo is a blessing! He is a funny and affectionate dog, sweet-tempered and very playful. We're so glad we have him. |
