| Grooming expenses If you take your baby or babies to the groomers on a monthly basis how much would it cost you roughly? OR If you groom yourself how much would it cost you in shampoo, conditioner, etc? Just curious here.

| Mine charges $35 for a full groom and I take them in once a month just for their feet (pads, feet and nails) and that's $10. Well worth it because I HATE doing feet but can do the ears and potty patches on my own pretty well. |

| I only have taken Ruby to get groomed once as I love to do it myself. When I did it cost me $30. The expenses for grooming myself well, $37 for CC brush, Ice on Ice $18, Cowboy Magic $60, Shampoo Lapooch $12, blowdryer $20. I might be less for you as I like to buy and try any product that gets wonderful reviews. I tend to go crazy but, I just do. |

| Tiny goes every month and has everything done for $35 a month. And my groomer even does the sissor cutting instead of buzzing him all over. He's Spoiled rotten but I just can't stand to have him have long hair, because he acts like he's dying if the air conditioning isn't running...constant. How many other ppl have that problem I wonder? I guess he has just gotten spoiled to the air conditioning....LoL.."I'm melting, I'm melting, I'm melting" LoL...Thats Tiny in 75 degree weather...LoL |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Lol I'm with Tiny in this hot weather!! Cali's groomer charges 22.00 for her and the same for my big fluffy Pom. I have used her for 16 years. I took Cali somewhere else a couple of times and she charged 35 or 40.

| Tillys groomer only charges $15 she does everything but her teeth. I give her a $5 tip so I only pay $20 every 6 weeks. She does a good job.

| I think you folks are lucky! I take my dog in every month...$40 for the full groom one month and $22 the next month for a shampoo, nail and butt trim and general grooming. We like our dog kept short even though I think she would look a bit "girlier" if she were longer!!!! |

| Not cheap... In a year, my dog's grooming cost more than keeping my own hair well done...LOL. Really, I take him in every 1.5-2 months and they mostly trim the ears, paws, sanitary, claws and face a little. Plus a bath. The bill comes to 45-55 every time, I'm seriously considering starting to do those myself...

I have four adults. My cost would be close to $200. per month. That's the reason that even tho I don't do such a great job, I do them myself. Shampoo and Conditionerss are readily availablee at Walmart and A tube of Cowboy Magic lasts for months. | |
