| Poor Rex When I first read your post I wasn't thinking about anything like his picture! I think that is just inexcusable and I'm with you - I wouldn't take my baby back either. Hugs and kisses to Rex from Lucy and Rebel We hope he heals quickly.

| I'm with BubblPopElectrc ... it really sucks, he could have jerked while she had some tool in her hand ... or maybe she looked away for a minute. That is an awful cut ... I've been thinking about home-grooming Benny when we get him ... not sure what I'm gonna do yet ... On another note ... HOT DAMN WOMAN! You take him in every week!? What do they charge there!? I think I was paying $35 for Mogli ... that'd be $2k/yr ... And on that note ... there wouldn't even be much to cut, figure they'd have him done in about 15 mins ... *shrug* ... get well soon bud! | Stuff like this is my biggest fear. I have heard of ears being cut off, dogs being strangled by the noose, etc. That is why my 5 yr old has been to the groomer once, my 4 yr old and 6 month old - never! Not worth something happening.

| Wow. I can not believe that cut, he could have died. WOW. I'm glad he's ok. I can't imagine going through what you must have. Poor lil' guy.

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | Jeeze how did she manage to do that. Wow I feel so bad for him. Time to learn yourself and do it. I find it better that way. Cheaper in the long run as well since you can do it on your own time schedule. Glad to hear though that he is ok.

OMG!!! Really? I have never even thought about that. I've taken my pup in once, now after reading all of this not sure I will take him in again. I would be absolutely beside myself if anything happened to him. My gosh.....

| I am so sorry to read about this - good grief, that cut is HUGE - did she explain how it happened?!! I would have been out of my mind with worry and very angry and upset. A small cut is bad enough and it could happen, but a cut THAT size is inexcusable. You have certainly made me think twice about getting my furbaby groomed. Hope he heals quickly and give him a cuddle and a kiss from me. Luv Franceen |

| Poor baby, I feel so bad for Rex. That must have been so scarry! I'm glad the groomer volunteered to pay for the vet. I Agree with another post, accidents happen sometimes and I'm sure he/she feels horrible. I would be devastated if I were a groomer and did something like that. I'm praying for a quick recovery!
