| Shampoo Dilemma!!! Please Help I have been doing research on what kind of shampoo I should try next. Chris Christensen Systems Day To Day Moisturizing Shampoo http://www.chrissystems.com/daytoday.htm Matching Conditioner http://www.chrissystems.com/daytoday1.htm Ice on Ice Leave in Conditioner http://www.chrissystems.com/iceonice1.htm also there is Cowboy Magic that I have heard great things about also http://www.animalworldnetwork.com/bcowmagconsh.html (this link has both on there) I would love to hear any opinions on either of these and I would also like to know if there is any other I should be thinking about. MinkSheen is not an option. I am allergic to the scent that one gives off. So knowledge of the scent would be nice too. Thanks in advance

| We use Chris Christensen products..... love the Day to Day ...... and also the Clean Start (which is great if you use hair products between shampoos). We use some leave on coat conditioners and the Clean Start really does a good job at getting all the products out of the coat so you can start fresh. (Shelby sometimes gets a little urine on her legs/hair when she goes pee.... it really helps on that, too) I don't notice any real strong scents from these products, just a good clean smell. Hope you find something that works well for you.

| Shelby&Seymour, Thank you so much for replying. I have such a hard time with anything that smells of vanilla. I get so sick. I never thought of the clean start. I am going to have to look into that. I know what you mean about getting pee on there hair when they have to go. LOL. But no amount of leg lifting will help that at this point. BTW you have two beautiful dogs in your avatar. Such beauiful hair and personalities.

| We've been using Durstede and it is working great on Nappy and AprilLove. It leaves a clean scent, and no residue, it leaves their hair feeling very light, clean and silky feeling. LOVE IT!!! Here is a link to info on it and why not to use people products on our babies if you want to look, there are links within the page to the Durstede products http://members.cox.net/jrogan/care.html and direct link to Duurstede: http://www.duurstede.ca/index.html#menu

| I actually love Coat Handler products!! They do *not* have a strong smell like most other products and work very well on my babies... You might do some research on these as well if you want other options... There's a website that if you sign up for their flyer, you can get 20% discount on their sale items...www.needsndesires.com I bought a CC brush and Coat Handler products there for 20% off before, and they were great!

| That's the one I have, and I love it!! 20mm Gold Series Pin Brush Also, I don't know if they have it right now, but I love Coat Handler's detangling spray or whatever it's called...It does not leave any residue on the hair at all and makes their hair easy to brush through and shiny!

Thank you Sharon The products I use are on the Show products page. I am using the regular Shampoo and Shampoo EF (for their face and eye areas) also use the regular conditioner. I just ordered the additive to see what kind of effect that has on their coats. We've been using these for the last 2 months now, and I have seen a positive difference in their coats, and in how easily the daily or every other dayly brushings go. Nappy and April have different coat types, his is thick, but lightweight more soft and silky combined, and hers is heavy, but more thin, and soft too. We were using Espree natural products on them before this, and it was working better on Aprils' coat than on Nappys. Duurstede is giving results and working on both of their coats wonderfully. ps, I don't work for them, LOL this kind of sounds like a sales pitch

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I use Petsilk on CAli who is cottony and she looks great but it makes Pixie who is silky looky stringy and greasy quickly so I use Coat handlers on her.
