| Hi. I am also looking for a good groomer for Milo...preferably somewhere near Astoria or Long Island City. Our little guy needs to be groomed soon and although his first experience with a local groomer went fairly well, her schedule (Mondays only) is not compatible with ours. Thanks for your help...we want to make sure our little guy is in good, kind, and skilled hands. He is nervous around strangers and I do not want him to be traumatized. |

| Thanks, but we have heard too many horror stories about both Petco and PetSmart. Yesterday we took Milo to a local pet boutique, The Jumping Bulldog, and were very pleased with the results of his grooming. They groom only one dog at a time and do not crate the dogs. It is a lovely little shop located in Astoria. The website is Jumping Bulldog - Home if you want to check it out. We love how Milo looks, smells, and feels and will definitely be going back. |
