| Dog Friendly Beaches This weekend my fiance and I would like to go to the beach to celebrate our anniversary, we usually go to Seaside but I'm not sure if they are pet friendly. Can anyone give me any suggestions on beaches they know are definitely pet friendly? Also can you let me know if they have a board walk or not? |

| I've heard from friends that Dewey and Rehobeth are dog friendly. But please double check (don't take my word for it). Also, there are some beaches in NY that are dog-friendly (check the regional post for ny). Since your in Jersey, you probably want a NJ beach though. Don't know of any that are df in the summer. Good luck. We just had Ginger at Isle of Palms in S.C. At the residential end (where we stayed) it was VERY DOG FRIENDLY. We had a great time! Let us know what you end up doing, and besure to post a critique after you're back.

| I go to Seaside (Island Beach State Park)every other weekend. They have dog friendly beach areas. You have to park after parking lot #2. It is great and you meet lots of nice people and beautiful well behaved dogs. HEre is the website http://www.dogfriendly.com/server/tr...506is129.shtml Enjoy! |
