| Reputable Breeders in NJ Good Morning YorkieTalk This is my first post on YorkieTalk and I'm hoping you can help me. I'm looking to buy my first yorkie puppy from a breeder but I'm having a difficult time finding one in NJ. I looked in ytca.org and found one breeder that has three puppies but they're in CT. I'm willing to travel there but I'm looking for something closer to home. Any ideas? I know what to avoid like teacups and pet stores, but I'm at a loss. Any help would be great! Thanks!! |

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | Hi, I see this post is over a month old so not sure if you are still looking. I live in NJ and do not know any NJ breeders. I did get my baby girl from a wonderful breeder in MI. My girl was hand delivered to me (she was not flown in cargo) at Newark airport. The breeder is Greens treasured Yorkies

| local breeder NJ FYI: Don't know whether anybody's still looking. I found a terrific breeder in northern NJ. He's Jack Moffitt and his info is listed on the Watchung YTCA. He may have one male puppy available. I'm aware of him becausse I was scheduled to meet him and his puppy. He originally had 2 pups available and I wanted the female. I lost out on the female and so I found another YTCA member breeder. Anyway, I had several conversations with Jack and I do regret that an adoption through him didn't work out. He seems to be wonderful and conscientious. Best of luck to everyone in their search. |
