I also very nervous about her going throught this surgery and anestesia .. she is so tiny... want to make sure she comes out alive and well.... has anybody ever used the aspca mobile clinic before ? need some feedback please... not sure what to do...

| I have heard of ASPCA but not ASPCA Mobile. I heard of Humane Society but waiting to get appointment is way too long. My Gizmo is 7 months old and still not sure If I should get him neutered yet. My Groomer told me about purchasing Friends of Animal Certificate. I did, its cost for neutering & spray for $65 online. They give list of doctors in your area before you purchase this certificate and gives you all details what covers the $65. I called one clinic near my home and they said I need to pay extra $130 for micro chip, after surgery medication, the cone and teeth extraction. I think its a very good deal bc it cost about $500 plus when I asked my vet. The certificate is good for 1 year so I don't have to rush. I hope this helps. | I would not use a mobile unit. Your baby needs to be in a Hospital to have surgery in case anything were to go wrong so the have the equipment to save his life if need be. I would also not think that the aspca would use the best anaesthetic as it is more expensive. |

Also, if you haven't done so already, I would not use a mobile vet service for such a risky surgery.
