So sad that still to this day we have such ignorance! I have had similar challenges in another what I would call "franchise" pet shop! I have emailed headquarters and everything; no response, no apology.

I would definitely report her to the manager of the store, and even go as high as to contact the better business bureau. She's just upset because she couldn't afford a yorkie if her life depended on it lol... gotta love those retail jobs (my apologies to anyone in the retail industry, I'm just trying to be a jerk back to the wench in my own way!).

Girl don't you feel bad about her getting fired. That (<- female type) deserved it! If she chose to speak to you that way and chose to have a bad attitude then she deserves to reapt he "benefit" of her actions. That attitude is not nessicary ever but especially not in the work space. You go girl!

back for following threw and getting rid of that horrible person. He's
right in not wanting to loose money over someone so ignorant which
makes him a good busness man.

I was so angry when I read your first post. I have come across similar people...and have no problem correcting them. I'm glad you were able to stand up for yourself. Its so disgusting to experience such ignorance. Congrats to the owner for recognizing and dealing with his problem. I hope you and Pepsi continue to shop without problems.

I am big believer in writing a letter to the business telling them about your situation.
My husband owns his own business and we find those letters quite helpful.

that woman got the boot! I agree sometimes we all have a bad day. BUT, it doesn't give us the right to act the way that lady at the store did. If she can't handle life, she shouldn't be where she may come in contact with people. No matter what kind of day I'm having, I don't take it out on innocent people.
I save my best for a woman like that lady at the store, I don't hold my tongue either and I'd let her have it even if she wasn't talking to me. Being an innocent by-stander, I would have been offended just because it was in my presence that she behaved the way she did and that gives me the right to show her the way
