Horrible So sad that still to this day we have such ignorance! I have had similar challenges in another what I would call "franchise" pet shop! I have emailed headquarters and everything; no response, no apology. |
Lol you go girl! I would have said much worse to her, you are much kinder than I! I would definitely report her to the manager of the store, and even go as high as to contact the better business bureau. She's just upset because she couldn't afford a yorkie if her life depended on it lol... gotta love those retail jobs (my apologies to anyone in the retail industry, I'm just trying to be a jerk back to the wench in my own way!). |
Girl don't you feel bad about her getting fired. That :animal-sm (<- female type) deserved it! If she chose to speak to you that way and chose to have a bad attitude then she deserves to reapt he "benefit" of her actions. That attitude is not nessicary ever but especially not in the work space. You go girl! :D |

Ingorance is everywhere. Sorry you had to experience it. Good for you to go back to that store to report her. I give the manager a pat on the back for following threw and getting rid of that horrible person. I was so angry when I read your first post. I have come across similar people...and have no problem correcting them. I'm glad you were able to stand up for yourself. Its so disgusting to experience such ignorance. Congrats to the owner for recognizing and dealing with his problem. I hope you and Pepsi continue to shop without problems. |
Write a letter to the business I am big believer in writing a letter to the business telling them about your situation. My husband owns his own business and we find those letters quite helpful. |
