| Cages and Crates for Travel Would like to know what Cage or Crate everybody uses when traveling. Like to a family's house or friends house or even if you travel and stay in a hotel or motel. What do you have that you think is the most comfortable and easiest to use for your furbaby? Would also like to see pictures of the crate or cage you use. Could you also tell me what size it is. I don't have a Yorkie yet but want to go shopping and check them out so when the time comes I will be better informed to buy the right one. Would like to have a 4lb.to 5lb. Yorkie. Thanks.......... |

| I think that the general rule of the thumb is that your baby is able to stand and turn around inside. There are some plastic ones. I have a pink one that looks just like this. http://img.nextag.com/image/Kennel_C.../526169268.jpg I also have some softsided sided ones. I think it's up to what you like. But I do know that the above is a must. For them to be able to turn around and stand up I mean.

| Awww same with Holly. I do use my purses more to take her places with me. LOL . I'm gonna make a confession, I sometimes do it so that if she's not allowed somewhere, they'll just think it's a purse. No one has ever noticed her unless we are at petsmart or petco or something. Well good luck on your bag hunt.

| We use the plastic crates. Our babies go camping with us. We also use a car seat for them on occasion. |
