Traveling into Canada

Anne,

I will be going to Dresden, Ontario. I'm not sure how long I'll be there. Hopefully, the weather will be nice and we can stay 2-3 days. We're going to take our time getting there, stopping half-way there, staying overnight in a campground, stay in Canada a few days, then, do the same on our return. Hubby's retired, no hurry.

Still waiting to see if the female is pregnant.

To add to my above post; at east that's where I 'think' we're going in Canada.

In one e-mail the breeder said they bought acreage on the Ontario/MI border at Port Huron, 1/2 hour into Canada.

But when I did a reverse look-up on their phone number, it gave me an address in Dresden, which from the look of it on a map is pretty far from Port Huron, MI. Or maybe I need a geography lesson.

Be careful... If you don't tell them you bought the dog in Canada and they ask you for the puppie's papers, you might get in trouble because they will see the papers have been done in Canada for a dog born in Canada. If I were you I would tell the truth just in case.

I intend to declare that I, indeed, bought my puppy in Canada. I'm too old to start getting in trouble.
