Sure!!! Go to the top of the page and click on FAQ. Then go to how to post pictures and follow the directions. Download the program to re-size and you are on your way. If I can do it anyone can!

I typed my own directions - Maybe this will help ?

SAVE YOUR PICTURES AS JPEG’S or they will not show as thumbnails in a post.

ONCE you resize and want to upload photos into a post ...

In your post, Scroll down and you’ll see Additional Options
Click MANAGE ATTACHMENTS
Click BROWSE to find the picture on your Computer
Click the picture – then click UPLOAD

Good for you that you can finally do it and you have a very cute dog. But I wonder if it isn't too much can you possibly teach me how to do it. It would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
