I just arrived from my respiratory assessement , it went ok .

I am not feeling very well because I'll have to have a lung surgery . The specialist said this is very dangerous and he doesn't want to wait too long.
I am very afraid and can't stop crying .

Oh Gilles...my heart breaks for you. I've thought about you so much and prayed, but haven't been online much to see any updates. Hugs to you and prayers for God to comfort you and heal you!

Maybe you could get a second opinion before you undergo the surgery? I myself would feel better knowing that two specialists had the same thoughts. Hugs and prayers are going to you.

Gilles you are in my prayers. I lost my husband to lung cancer last year as his was inoperable. But I know many success stories when they were able to operate.

I asked for a second opinion . Monday morning , I'll have an appointment with the second specialist .

Dr Rodier showed me the pictures of the xrays and scans . The lung is in bad shape . I asked him what was the separated parts I saw , he said it was little parts of the lung . He also said the will probably come out when I'll cough .
Surgery is a most before it become too dangerous .

Dr decided that he don't want me to have chemio or radio . He would prefer to go with the surgery .

They are really stressing me , I'll have to go to Maisonneuve - Rosemont in Montreal for a pet scan . I have to wait for the phone call .

My friend Fernand brought me a rosary hazelnut from the cathedrale .
