Oh Gilles! It's important that you take it easy after a surgery like you've just had. If you're trying to do too much your body just can't take it. I'm still keeping you in prayers & I hope that you're not overdoing things! (((hugs))) |
Praying that you'll feel better each day... |
Gilles I am praying for you ! |

This afternoon , I tried to do a little walk outside . I haven't been able . One of my neighbors helped me to go to my place . I had difficulty with my breath. I never thought that the surgery would be so hard on me but I am not getting discourage , I know that one day , I'll be able to do little things . |
Oh no! I'm praying for you... Are you doing any kind of recuperative therapy ordered by your doctor? Hoping you are able to do more soon! |
Gilles, I am keeping you in my prayers and thoughts for a complete recovery. Little by little, take your time. I do hope you have some sort of therapy to help guide you through. Hugs to you! |
Keep your spirits up Gilles! I'm glad you are not letting yourself get discouraged. It will take time to get back to normal. Just relax and take it one day at a time. I'm glad you have some nice people helping you. Please keep us updated. Any progress, no matter how small, is still progress. |
dog I guess we have to forgive the rudeness of some people who just do not understand cancer. I had cancer and the chemo I had after surgery made me feel worse than drunk. You Do Not let some idiot take your joy away by making hurtful comments. I believe the Lord has our life in His hands and no matter what we fight in this world we can have peace and joy inside of us. We are all on our way, this is not our home. Heaven awaits and blessed are the people who go there. You take each day and live it and let God handle the rest. He promises to provide His help and His presence just do not give up. Look up, you are a fighter and an overcomer of these troubles with Jesus. |
I just arrived from the E R , they finally understood that I had trouble with my breath . I almost died infront of them . They gave me oxygene . When I left , they gave me a bronchodilatator . I asked myself if I had lung surgery to die or to feel better . |
OMGosh! Thank God you pulled through again! Just like a used car, it take time to get all the kinks worked out! Hopefully you'll be feeling much better, and I hope it's soon! God Bless you, sending Love and hugs your way..., Kathy |
I hope the bronchodilator will make life easier for you. I think any surgery recovery makes you wonder if you are better or worse at first. As the days go by I pray that it will get easier for you. I'm glad you went to the ER. |
I hope you feel better soon. Keeping you in my prayers. |
Giles, you can build up your strength slowly, gradually....can you get one of those things that look like pedals on a bicycle, where you can sit in a chair like when you are watching TV, and pedal on that piece of equipment. You can start out pedaling for 15 miutes, at any speed that is managable for you, and keep a record of how long you are able to do so comfortably....then gradually increase your pedaling, length of time as well as speed of pedaling....you will build up your stamina that way, in the safety and comfort of your own home, and then after you get stronger, you can venture outside for SHORT walks. If you have access to a pool or a hot tub, you can sit on the shallow end and just do swimming motions in the water with your arms.....you can do some kicks with your legs....take it easy,,,,you arent in training to swim a marathon!! |
Gilles, I am glad you went to the ER to get you breathing under control. The bronchodilator should help you get over this period of recuperation. I am always thinking of and praying for you to recover completely. God Bless. |
Gilles, I wanted to say I am thinking and praying for you. Hope you are getting better! God Bless! |
Gilles, how are you doing? I am praying for you. |

I wonder if there is anyone that would think to let us all know if something happened to Giles? I worry about hisbeloved babies....who is caring for them, if Giles cant.......? |
normarae63…Sherry had mentioned she can email his friends…maybe she can do that and see if anyone knows something about Gilles. |
Gilles I do hope that you are doing okay . I hope that someone hears from you soon. |
1 Attachment(s) I know many of you are concerned about Gilles so I thought I'd give a little update. I've been in contact with Gilles via Facebook message recently. He ordered some bows for his girls in early October. I'm not sure how he's doing as of today (Oct 28)... but I did chat with him on Oct 18 and he sent me this lovely picture of Frimousse in her new bow. So I trust that Gilles is doing okay and hopefully feeling better each and every day. I'm sure he knows that we're all thinking of him and wishing him all the best in his recovery! |
