Having surgery Wednesday I am having the plate and screws removed from my hip/femur. I broke it in 2009 and the bone has healed nicely. The pain from the plate has been there and when I visited the ortho in March this year I was ready for it to come out then. He wanted to give it more time and I waited as long as I can. Coming here to ask my YT friends to say a little prayer that all goes well. I always stay logged in on YT...it will show I am here even when I am not. Just so you will know. |

Just wanted to come here and say I didn't think I'd become this nervous about tomorrow. I feel like I am on pins and needles. I haven't ever had an expected surgery and I guess feeling stressed is part of it. I will try to keep myself busy grooming Bentley and visiting here throughout the day... |
Just to update....The hospital just called to say to be there at 5:30am and surgery is scheduled for 7:30am. It is almost an hour away so little if any sleep tonight. The furkids won't know what is happening at that hour of the morning. |

Its okay to be concerned when your going into surgery We will be thinking about you in the am It will all be done before you know it and on with your life hopefully pain free :) |
