| Pray for Daisy My daughter's yorkie/jack russell mix, Daisy, was attacked by another dog today. Please remember Daisy and her Mommy, Sarah, in your prayers. They are at the vet getting stitches. Hopefully Daisy will be ok.

| Daisy is home and doing okay. She has a few stitches on one leg and several other bite marks. She is drowsy and is resting right now. The owner of the other dog followed Sarah to the vet and took care of the bill. Sarah said she was a very nice lady and was really concerned for Daisy. Please continue to pray for my sweet baby girls, Sarah and Miss Daisy Bug. Thanks so much for the love and support.

| Judy I am so glad Daisy is going to be ok. I have had her in my prayers since reading this last night! I know that had to scare Sarah to death.

| Judy, I'm just seeing this...I hope Daisy is feeling better today and makes a quick recovery. I know Sarah was scared to death...at times like these I'm sure you wish you lived closer to her. I'm glad the lady went to the vet and took care of everything for Sarah...Hugs to you, Sarah, and Daisy! |

| Thanks! We really appreciate the thoughts, prayers and well wishes. This has been very traumatic for both Daisy and Sarah. Quote:
Daisy is still doing ok. She doesn't care much for the cone collar, but I can't say I blame her, She gets her stitches out in about 10 days, so I guess I get to see them on Thanksgiving.

Yes, I'm sure glad that the other dog's owner reacted responsibly. I'm sure Sarah was very upset, I know I would have been.

| Judy was the other dog off leash? I am just so thankful it wasn't worse, it is bad enough as is, but it could have been tragic.

Here is a pic of Daisy & her BBF, Tipi. Daisy is the blonde. I would love to see a picture of your handsome YR too. Daisy's coat is a gorgeous blend of both breeds...long, fluffy, non-shedding but more coarse like the JR. She is a precious little dog. I think she got the best of both breeds.

| Michelle, I think the dog got away from a young boy. They came out of a condo across the street from Sarah's. Sarah was putting Daisy and Tipi in her car when the other dog came after Daisy. I think it happened so fast, Sarah wasn't sure how the dog got loose. She managed to get Daisy away from the dog, then Daisy ran back upstairs and the attacking dog took after her again. By then the other lady was there to help. It was very traumatic for them all.

| Awwww, Relay is so adorable!!! and I LOVE his name!! Aren't they just the sweetest little dogs? Daisy's mom was the JR too. Relay's coloring is more like the yorkie than Dasiy's. She is mostly blonde all over with a little black on her back and down her tail, which is not docked. I miss Daisy, I'm glad I get to see her next week.
