Michelle, I think the dog got away from a young boy. They came out of a condo across the street from Sarah's. Sarah was putting Daisy and Tipi in her car when the other dog came after Daisy. I think it happened so fast, Sarah wasn't sure how the dog got loose. She managed to get Daisy away from the dog, then Daisy ran back upstairs and the attacking dog took after her again. By then the other lady was there to help. It was very traumatic for them all.
