Thanks! You know my dad is 75 and I know that is starting to get up there but I just feel like I really need him around a lot longer. I know my mom feels the same way. They are inseparable. She was so relieved today when he came through the surgery well. My grandma (dad's mom) is 96 so I told him there was no reason for him not to outdo her!

My prayers are with you and your family. We also went through this with my father in law a month ago. He suffered a massive heart attack very unexpected and required bypass surgery on eleven of his arteries. It was very scary for everyone in the family. He made it through surgery with flying colors, and was up walking the very next day! Six days later he was home! He is doing excellent now, and is feeling better than he has felt in years. Keep positive!
