CJ is not doing well. He finishes Radiation next week, and then Chemo starts in 2 weeks. He is pale, with dark circles under his eyes, sleeps alot, no appetite, weak and dizzy. The most recent thing I'm seeing is one eye is drooping... quite a bit. I worry about a stroke, but Dr. doesn't seem concerned. While he's sleeping I'm taking care of babies, or catching up on housework, and while he's awake he needs constant watching to prevent falling. I'm also enjoying spending time with him when he's awake. He hallucinates sometimes too which makes it interesting yet scary! Thank you all for your support and continued prayers! God Bless You All! Deb, I can appreciate what you are going through, My husband is fairly independent now, but at one time he required constant care and regular trips to Dr's and therapists, and the pain meds he was on made me afraid to fall asleep, cause he could not be trusted.

I hope the treaments are succesful and will one day be able to be independent again.

Once again I would like to Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers!
CJ continues to worsen. He decided against Chemo when bone scans, Pet Scans, and MRI's came back with Cancer now in another place on his
Spine, both Lungs, Liver, Diaphram, Sternum, Groin, and Leg. He opted out of a Brain Scan, since it really didn't matter.
The Dr. gave him less than 6 months in January, and sadly time is going quickly for us. He's in considerable pain, but Dr's have dedicated themselves to keeping him comfortable.
Having just lost Mom with Liver Cancer, I'm afraid I'm seeing some of the same weekly regressions. Losing Mom was devastating, but somehow it doesn't compare with the thought of losing my husband. There is no normal anymore.
My Yorkies continue to be my sanity and the daily phone calls to Sonja

So many of us have experienced similar situations but nothing can prepare us when it effects us personally. My heart weeps for you and my arms reach out to send you huggs. I pray for you and your family and hope that God will bring you both comfort.
