Prayers for Mike, four children and new baby girl - YorkieTalk.com Forums

I don't get in to the site to read and post much these days but wanted to come in and ask for prayers for our oldest daughters friends, his name is
Mike his four children and new baby girl, a tragedy happened in their lives last Monday night and they are in so much need of prayers. It is too difficult to post here so please keep them in your prayers, the Lord knows their needs and I feel it is best to just post like this.

Oh my gosh, seems it has been one tragedy after another since Christmas, I just told Jack last night we think we have problems with health issues to deal with in life but then when I hear of these others ours is nothing in comparison
to the others we are hearing about.

I would also like to ask for prayers for a neighbor Betty she is now paralyzed again and has had many strokes and is back in the hospital again, this has been going on since Febuary.

We know the power of prayer is mighty here through many so we feel only fitting to come in and post at this time. I know it is through the many prayers that has seen Jack and I through much that we've had to endure.

God is wonderful, and we just give thanks in knowing we can come to Him for guidance and seek His will in our lives no matter how difficult the times in life can get, if we just trust in Him, continually lean on Him daily, we know we can make it.

Thank you each and God's Blessing's to you all,
in closing I mustn't fail to say Thank you God especially for seeing us through the trials in life we all must endure.

Sending Good Thoughts and Prayers to your family friend Mike and his family from Lancaster, Pa. I know when you feel down about health issues you will find that there is always someone worse off than yourself. I'm sending Prayers and Blessings to all YT members that may have a Health issue with them or their families and are need of Prayers...I know from experience that Prayers do wonders... Dear Yorkie Family,
Our daughter sent this email to us this evening, her words can speak better than my posting earler today.

Thank you all so much our Yorkie Talk Family and Friends for your prayers for Mike and his children. Mike's wife Kristy delivered a baby girl this past Monday Night, after the baby was placed in her arms in delivery, she placed the baby in Mike's arms, she was rushed hurriedly into surgery, they couldn't save her. My heart has been aching so bad for Mike and the children all day, this has been one of the sadest days of my life. Mike was able to take their baby home yesterday, she is named Christian.
Thank you all again.

Dearest Mom and Dad,
I was reading in Psalms tonight and rejoiced with this reminder that Kristy is with our Lord in heaven. "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints." Psalm 116:15.
The Lord knew she would deliver her little girl and He would take Kristy to be with Him...God has a plan for Mike and his 5 children... the Lord has a plan for Mike.

Today is a most difficult day for Kristy's family, and loved ones. Her funeral was held this morning.
Mike and Kristy was to continue ministy in another State soon after the baby came. There will be a grave side committal service at 5:00 today (eastern time) near where they were to be moving to.

Please continue your prayers for Mike and each of Kristy's family. I have cried many a tears this week with sadness for them all, life sometimes is so difficult, when we try to understand it, for me there are those times it can become mind boggling. Then I have to stop and think and remember this life is only temporary and we are just passing through, one day to be united with God and all our other loved ones.

Thank you Yorkie Talk Administrator for having this very special forum here so we can come together and pray for one anothers needs, thanking God and sharing our love for HIM.

I got goose bumps because it's like reading the story of my daughter's
girlfriend who is fightening for her life as I type this. Her baby was
born 2.2lbs three days ago and her mother just had more surgery to
try and save her life. I certainly will keep Mike and family in my prayer's Patti.
My heart goes out to the family and the terrible loss they
are enduring. I don't think it get's worse than this.
