| suing I wish you luck..but this is going to be a tough one to get money out of...if the dog was lose, no leash, running free in the drive,..you will most likely lose..and you can not sue for pain and suffering of an animal I am sorry to say...unfair I think.!!! I think the lawyer gave you bad advise..I helped an attonery for quite some time with animal law suits...hopefully, your state will be different. Lots of good wishes...so happy to hear your mom's dog is doing better... |
