My personal weatherman said it's gonna be cool (50s), windy, and cloudy. Shouldn't be raining (10% chance?). It may be a bit muddy though... Oh well. Pixie can't go... I just absolutely can't take her - she's not ready. Bogey is excited about getting to go play with everyone... as am I! And rebel - if we change the weekend in May, I can't go either. :p I vote no change for May! Though if the majority needs to change it, that's fine, I'll try to hook back up in June. :rolleyes: |

Awww. Pixie may make the May playdate as she's walking and getting around pretty well, and she's not havingh her other surgery until June. Unfortunately, that means she may not make the June or July playdates. Bogey is starting to learn some social skills, too. I'd only had him a couple weeks at the last playdate, and we were still working on the whole, "settle down so we can learn something" - we're making a little progress now :D Maybe one of these days, he can make friends without humping them! LOL He also gets carsick - which is probably why he was throwing up last time. He threw up once after we got home, but then fine after that. And he gets really anxious when we go places in the car - I think he thinks I'm going to give him away or something. Hopefully he'll settle down from that soon, too. Shana - hope you're feeling better now. Going to miss you this month at the meetup. |
When and where are you planning the next Playdate? I would love to socialize Berk with some other Yorkies and yorkie lovers.... |
I would also love a play day! We are new to YT and I just found this thread and was super excited! I am in Copperas Cove, husband in the Army at Ft. Hood, but we would be willing to travel for the most part, depending on the date! :) |
I'm in San Antonio. Since Texas is so big, why don't we try to coordinate play dates in DFW area, Houston and San Antonio and maybe one in southern Texas Corpus or so for those further south? |
I don't know about the other areas, but I know DFW has been having them regularly. |
