| Searching for a Yorkie - not a tiny one I lost my precious Daily a few months ago, and I am so lonesome I would like to adopt another. I rescued her from a shelter. I'd like to pay around $100 (+) for another female. I figure if Daily comes home, she'll have a playmate ! Does anyone have any ideas about where I can find one - preferably 6 wks to 1 year. And Hi from Dallas! |

I have a wonderful breeder, one of the best. You won't get a yorkie under 12 weeks of age, at least from a reputable breeder.

| Yorkies need to stay with their mother until 12 weeks of age. 6 weeks is absolutely too young. If you're looking to rescue, try Pet adoption: Want a dog or cat? Adopt a pet on Petfinder I will warn you though that even rescues charge upwards of $150, generally. This is an absolute steal for a dog who is already spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and HW checked.
