Scooter and I are excited! I am not 100% sure that we will be there but we are definetly going to try. I am changing jobs and I had planned to use that weekend to truely move out of my office. I will see if I can get that changed so that we can drive to Waco. I really want to meet everyone!

Is Chloe the standard poodle (?) in your AV? If so, maybe the place has an opening that day for doggie daycare for the larger dogs? I dont know how they work.

I know when I had Sam's birthday a friend of mine brought her mini horse (Im not sure what kind of dog but he is as big as a mini horse) and she got to play with the big dogs on the other side of the daycare.

It wouldnt hurt to ask.

If you think it would be a problem for you if they brought Chloe along, would you please send me pm? I can let YorkieCrazy know right away. If there are no issues within the next say...week? Then, I would say bring her along.

Thank you so much, Judy, for the help and suggestion.
Chloe is gentle with our two, but can get to acting like a large puppy and get a little too clownish and full of herself. We're afraid this would cause other little Yorkies who don't know her undue stress that would lead to an accident.
Jamie is going to take twalla's suggestion and call the place to see if they have a doggie day care while we're there. Thanks, twalla! The local place we called doesn't take puppies less than 6 months old. She'll be 5 months next month. We've got our fingers crossed.

My older son JJ might be interested and there are other options as well.

Okay, I just called Dogtopia in Waco. They do have doggie day care and for that day. Yeppe

The only thing is, I have to take her to the Houston Dogtopia to have her evaluated. So I will do this sometime this week. I hope she passes.

That's great! I was wondering how they would handle the evaluation thing. We are exempt from it because our pups will be kept away from the others in daycare.
