Lots of Alabamians, im from Sulphur Louisiana but my wife's family lives in Florence, Decateur, Muscle Shoals alabama. Matter of fact we just got back from there this past weekend.

I think Athens is where one of the beloved Russell Stover chocolate factory is. I load up every time we make the trip.

Hi. I live in Lafayette, Louisiana. I have 3 yorkies. I have worked with some rescues and I have a show yorkie. I am so happy to find this site. I am attaching a painting of my first yorkie Ana, who is 6 years old.

I am from LA (lower Alabama) in Magnolia near Demopolis and Thomasville other words in the sticks....... lol It was nice of Shannon to bring this post back out, now I know I am not all alone here. I am orginally from Michigan, I am what you southerns call a "damn Yankee", cause I ain't going back !!! lol

I have never heard of Magnolia. I am sure my husband has because he travels everywhere. Your baby is so pretty. I can't seem to figure out how to get a picture up.

Shannon, Thank you for the compliment on my baby. You can go to my website to see additional pictures on them. I don't know how to post the pictures so when you click on them you can see them larger. But my website address is listed in my signature. I have new pages that I have been working on just haven't published them yet. Not many have heard of Magnolia. I think the population is like 50 people. It is like 35 miles of Demopolis (christmas on the river) and 18 miles from Thomasville.
