Thanks...we are very excited. We also decided on a vet who works with "small" dogs and is not trying to buy his own island. He will be a drive but worth it. He cares much more about the care of the animals than padding his pocket which is what I look for in a vet. He does work for the Humane Society on occasion and has even been known to take in charity cases because he just can't say no to an animal in need. He treats my mom's pets and she has been very happy with the level of care she has received, so we feel very comfortable with him.

Now we are just waiting on the new addition...Pics to come soon!!

Glad you were able to find a baby. Things have a way of working out sometimes! Its great to hear you have a vet already, thats the hard part - finding the right/good vet. Congrats, hope you post pictures soon!!

I have had the same experience... trying to find a breeder and just finding people trying to scam you

I hope you and your new baby are working out well. Thank goodness the vet that we use doesn't charge for an office visit plus the shots, etc.....when Raley got his last shots, worming he also received a heart worm preventive and I had him microchipped....the total vet bill was 99.70. It makes me happy to know that the vet office we use isn't interested in buying an island anywhere, either!
