Andy Griggs lost his Nashville-area home to a fire on Saturday, and while the country singer reports that he and his family are doing fine, they are now searching for their cherished family member, Lexie, a Miniature Yorkshire Terrier.

According to a statement from Andy's publicist, the dog survived the fire but was running around the yard while the fire department was fighting the flames. In all of the confusion, the family couldn't retrieve her in time and now she's missing. Andy asks that anyone who finds her to please call the phone number on her tag or call Splash! Public Relations in Nashville at 615-321-1383.

A reward is being offered for Lexie's safe return. Andy also wants to express his appreciation for everyone's well wishes at this difficult time. "My family and I thank you for your prayers. I can actually feel them," he says.

Sending energy and prayers for Lexie to come home - someone needs to continue looking around the fire area.....she is probably near there and very, very frightened. Bless you and your family - what a horrible thing to go through!!!
