Would everyone who is attending be willing to bring a small dish? If you are traveling, I am willing to buy your item and you can just pay me back. If you are truly unable to bring something, we understand. We just want as many people as possible to attend. Please PM me if you would be able to bring something, and if not thats okay too. This is where everyone will be playing - its a small cell pic but I wanted to give y'all an idea of your surroundings... my back yard.

Again - all helpers for the meet-up, please email me so I can give you the password for the account we will be using for the meet up. This way we are all in the loop.

Also, any members with questions, suggestions or ideas, please contact us at the above email address for any information concerning the Tampa Bay meet-up in June!

(I look especially forward to hearing from the volunteers. I have had two deaths in the family and a nervous breakdown lol so Im trying to get caught back up on all of this. After all... its at MY house LOL. I need to catch up!

Me and Mitzy drove down to Tallahassee and met Vicky (mblab) and Zoe yesterday and had SO much fun!! Mitzy was a but skiddish but eventyually played with Zoe. Zoe is beautiful and a spunky little thing and her mommy is great!! We played at Zoe's house for awhile and played on their deck then went to Panera Bread to eat!! After lunch we went to the dog park. I don't think either pup was to happy to be there

Mitzy never left my side and Zoe was adventuring on her own

There was alot of beautiful dogs!!

A little late but Zoë and I wanted to send a big thank you to Jess and Mitzy! We had a GREAT time Saturday when they visited. Jess was a total sweetheart, I can't wait to have another visit! I also have to give you a huge

for driving 2 hours each way especially with a car sick Mitzy! (I hope she kept everything where it belonged, and not all over her and the car, on the way back!)

Poor Zoë just wanted to play, but it took Mitzy a while to warm up to the idea! Speaking of, Mitzy is simply adorable! She has the sweetest face and I loved!!!! the subtle pink streaks Jess had in her hair! She had a whole punk rock look going and she looked so precious! (Zoë was totally jealous of all of Mitzy's cool things, from her matching collar and tags to her rocking pink gear!)

We just loved this visit and if this is any indication of what an entire FL meet-up will be like we can't wait!

So I'm a crazy Yorkie Mommy.... Zoë's birthday is May 29th, she'll be turning 1 year old!

We don't really have any puppy friends around town so the chances of me being able to arrange a birthday party for her here is pretty slim.

So I was thinking, would anyone be open to letting me celebrate her birthday 2 weeks late while at the meet-up?

I could make a doggy cake (enough for all the puppies to get a slice)!

I'm ok with that. We just celebrated Jaxter's 1st birthday. He's the one with the chicken hat. We decided on a hat theme party.

Side Note: These 4 yorkies will be going to the meet-up

Thanks ladies for being agreeable to my craziness. My boyfriend doesn't get why I'd even want to celebrate her birthday!

I told him, just wait until we have a kid and see how birthdays will go!

I just think it'd be amazing to have doggy friends for Zoe to play with and a cake on her birthday! And if I can't make that happen here around her birthday then gosh darn it (with everyone's okay) I'll make it happen at the meet up!

I LOVE your birthday party Javathon! A hat theme ... amazing! (Especially since I've maybe only seen one dog hat in my entire life!) I really loved the chicken hat! I also can't wait to meet all 4 of those little ones!

Jess, I didn't realize Mitzy and Zoe's birthdays were so close together! Zoe and I would totally love to see you ladies whenever you'd want to visit! (We went to the dog park this afternoon and I thought of you, and as we walked there on the path I thought of the lady with the weimaraner.)

I'm just super excited about the meet-up, as far away as it may be!
