I can take one person to stay in my extra bedroom. :) What are suggestions for things people would like to do? Beach? Outlet Mall? I think if we have the area to meet up (like Little One was saying) we should do a Potluck lunch/dinner and all the pups have free run? |

Im so EXCITED! June 12th is AWESOME! In Tampa Lets all set OUR RESERVATIONS EARLY as ALL Florida hotels are often over-booked! This is so awesome!!! Yall are going to LOVE the field and plush yard!!! We all chill by my pool while the pups play! Alcohol? Yes or No? We seem pretty together but never know lol. But we need to decide. I dont mind drinking going on - encourage you to have a beer in fact. I'm next to South of Tampa, so I not looking into a hotel. I would recommend that all the people that are get together and try to get a deal. If you all stay in the same place I'm pretty sure they would work something out. :D As for drinking, I agree with it as long as we don't get any crazies. Noon sounds like an agreeable time. :rolleyes:side note about the pool, Is it going to be available for swimming :aimeeyorkyorkies? along with their parents of course. We can't wait! :D |

I cannot tell you how excited I am that this is actually going to happen! :yay_jump: Like I'd said earlier, I won't be staying at a hotel, instead driving in from Crystal River, an hour and a half from Tampa. (Haha, making a 3 hour drive to get there in the first place. The lengths I'd go for meeting you and your babies!) So noon would actually be a perfect start time so we have enough time to wake up and make our way over to Tampa! :cool: Thanks so much Little One for volunteering a private space, I really like that idea! Sometimes there's nothing better then letting the little ones loose in the back yard! (You know they're safe and won't go anywhere and they can enjoy themselves!) I also think if we're meeting up there a pot luck would work well. I'm totally in for making something, my specialties have included sweet and sour meatballs (that's the only thing I've brought meal wise to a pot luck :cool: ) and anything desserty. So, count us in for 2 humans and one puppy. (If my boyfriend's sister decides to come that'd be 3 humans then.) Weeeeee! This is going to happen! I think it will just be as hubby will stay home with our bigger furchild (who is actually a bigger baby :p) Can anyone give me a list of hotels that would be closest to the meetup location?? Or PM me the address so I can mapquest them, then I will make a list for everyone else.. Im am so excited!! p.s. I am NOT a good cook so Ill bring cookies, drinks or plates and silverware.. Something I cant burn to badly :D;) |
