| Update: Topper is now neutered. Don't think he is too happy about it right now. He just got home from the vets. Poor baby also had to have baby teeth pulled.

|  Can we come without our pups?? Hi! By coincidence, Oscar's Mom and I will be in Knoxville the day of your meetup! Neither one of us are bringing our pups, though, because we are coming by motorcycle, and while our pups do love to ride, I am coming from NC and she from Alabama, and it's a long yorkie ride on a bike...so they're staying home. I am wondering if it would be possible for us to come and meet the peeps and pups of that area? Would you mind terribly if we crash your party?

| We took our little boy to the drive-in in Maryville last night he loved it. They gave him 2 dog bisquets that was so nice but he was not allowed to eat them. We are excited about the meet up. | It seems like there were a few people who mentioned that my apartment would be nice, since there are rarely other dogs that come by and my apartment is 25 yards away. According to the poll, there was a tie between hamburgers and chicken, so I'd just as soon make hamburgers -- and then we'll have veggie kabobs for our meatless friends. I will provide charcoal for cooking, sodas/juice, paper plates and plastic ware. If everyone could volunteer one dish, we should have a great buffet! We will need skewers and hamburger buns, condiments, pickles, paper cups for our drinks, and ice. I think ladylavender said she would indulge us with her vegan dessert, if not, I apologize! Please remember that whatever you bring, please bring enough for about 20 people to enjoy OH -- cheeselover ... remember that kick butt doggie cake you bought from River Dog? Maybe we could get another one of those. If it was really expensive, maybe we could chip in a little bit of money to help you get another one. OR, if you don't want to get it, I could .. just tell me what you bought because the dogs LOVED that thing!! Love Rachel
