I'm a huge wimp! Although even I'm not too wimpy for 60's- that has to be unusual for y'all though. We're having a little cold snap and our highs were in the 60s today- I hadn't paid attention to the news and walked outside this morning to take the dogs potty in a slip gown and barefoot- eek! LOL SC usually is about the 50's this time of year...just not in the 80s..but, I like cool weather(not cold), about 60's to me is perfect...wait until you start having hot flashes...

Brrr.....I agree Nikki too cold when it gets anywhere below 75 here.

I am so excited about the meet up. I can not wait to meet everyone and the adorable babies!

I have told a couple I know about the meetup in Orlando.. they would like to come also.they have 4 yorkies also..
If they come.. we would like to have our motor homes in the parking lots while we have the meetup... how can I find out if there is enough parking for this????
We also need to know what rv parks are close to the area we are meeting???..

If anyone can help me on these questions, please do.. time is getting closer..LOL

I think with both of us meeting with 4 yorkies each.. it would be easier for us to have the motorhomes at the park and after go to an rv park..

Not sure if there are bathrooms at this park.. we might need a potty break..

Also.. do we know how many is actually going for this..

Our friends are Daytona for the winter, and we are in zephyrhills.. so we will probably just meet each other there that day..

any help would be greatly appreciated.,..

Here's a list of dog friendly places in and around Orlando. The third category is campground-RV parks.

There should also be a number somewhere on the list of dog parks that you can call and ask the parks & rec people how big the parking lot is. Most of the dog parks I've been to have plenty of room in their parking lot.

There is a Pampered Pet Expo in Orlando August 8-10, so i definately think we should plan agead to have a meetup then as well! I know a few places on International Drive that allow dogs....and if we can get a lot of us to go, they might give us a discount on rooms!
