| yt members annoyance w/ questions.. Hello i just wanted to say that i have seen serveral post on people tired of seeing the same old questions. and maybe this is not my place to post. but i will. i joined yorkietalk because i could communicate w/ people that had the same interest as me, so that i could get guidance, information and advice.so that i could chat w/ someone who understands me and my love for yorkies.. this site is here for a number of reasons and one of them is questions. now some people could be new, and havent seen the questions answer yet, yes i know there is a search bar, but when i have something on my mine, my first instint is to wright a post not do a search. i dont undestand why people have to make a big deal about it and not just go to the next post. if you dont want to answer it why make a statment about it? if i see a post im not interested in i dont post to it, just that simple. why doest it make people mad and anoy them when it doesnt concern them in the first place UNLESS they want it to. it is all about CHOICE. you can aknowledge it or ignore it. This site isnt for the idividual it is for all the members |

| I agree, Tammy. Even if we search, it may not answer the question that we had. Just because the "subject" is out there, I might need more info! There are a lot of very helpful people on here and I hope you will continue to use the site. I have learned so much, and have learned to overlook those who are impatient with us rookies. Don't let them get you down!!!

| Thank you.. i love being on yt, it is my homepage and i check on my lunch breaks and at home when i get a chance, it is also the first thing i look at in the morning. but i know that if i was a new person and asked a question then saw a post saying they didnt want to hear those questions i would think "gee this isnt the place to go i guess" that would make me leave.. but i know that it hasnt always been that way, theres one lady on here that has posted way over 10,000 post and you know she has answered the same questions more than once and i have not seen her complain she has always been polite, helpful and curtieous and i really admire that. |

| Catrina just did a thread similiar to this, I guess this is troublesome for new members. I'm sorry that this seems to be happening. Personally I don't respond to a lot of ?'s because I still consider myself fairly new here, but the same ?'s don't bother me. I'm sure I've asked a ? that's been on here before |

| Questions being asked over and over dont bother me. I think they keep this forum going.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I agree, I love seeing newer people post and getting their questions answered. There's nothing like the personal touch of people responding to your question even if it's been answered before. Besides we wouldn't have very many posts for us YT addicts to look at if people just did searches.

Administrator | We do encourage members to search for topics before posting because they may be able to find the answer they were looking for immediately without waiting for someone to reply. The nature of forums is that the same topics and questions will come up, which is fine by us. Sometimes members may not be able to find the answer they were looking for, or perhaps were looking for something more in-depth in regards to a topic, and thus need to post a new thread. If you do not feel like responding to a topic you have seen many times, feel free to skip over it. We do welcome new threads and new discussion here at YorkieTalk, even if the topic has been discussed before. We do ask that threads are titled appropriately, so members can easily choose which topics they wish to read. |

| i am truly sorry your feeling were hurt here i know how you feel about posting too, because i have different feelings about some things that people can get very opinionated about and some people can handle their selves wonderfully while others cant. like i love the DESIGNER BREEDS!! i cant help it and i want to breed my yorkie/poms!!! its like a mounds candy bar "sometimes you like a nut (mutt) sometimes you dont" lol, anyhow i just want people to feel safe about posting and not worry about a person who feels differently about the subject being rude or making comments about that post. cant we all just get along?? = ) |

| I think the forum would slow down alot if it wasn't for the repeat postings. They don't bother me one bit. Just pass on by , no big deal here. |
