To answer your question, you should get an PM from Admin that your donation was received but it's not immediate. With that said, I donated after you and I've gotten my PM already.

All donations by YorkieTalk members are used to maintain the site, pay for the server costs and bandwidth/hosting costs, and to backup all the posts, photos, and data of YorkieTalk as well. Thank you for your support!

Have you posted any updates on where things stand with the donations toward the server costs? Any more talk of the auction idea? I haven't gone looking, was hoping for a quick answer.

I've been a YT Donating Member for almost a year now, (shy a few days) and would like to make my donation for this next year soon. Do I go ahead and make my donation through PayPal and then contact the Admin to let them know it's for my renewal?
Any help with this from members would truly be appreciated.

This is the second day I have been trying to make a donation thru PayPal. I so appreciate the help you have given me for Lilly, my precious Yorkie Rescue furry daughter, I wanted to give a small donation to say thank you. I have signed into PP, and filled in the donations@yorkietalk.com filled in the amount and checked the box "sending money to friends or family," which was one of two options, the other being "paying for goods or services" I completed the amount and clicked "continue." I keep getting a message that I need to put in a mobile phone number where I put in the donations e-mail. Please, is there a secret code or something?

That is odd, we have never seen that message before. Are they asking for your phone number? Or ours? You may try putting in a blank phone number, like 808-555-1212 or something. Thank you for your support!
