| Shrinking A Pic I Want To Put A Pick Of My Pup In My Avi But The Pic Is Huge. I Only Have Paint On My Laptop But Everytime I Shrink It To The 75 Pixal It Cuts Out The Whole Pic. Can Someonr Help Me? Thanks |
